Joe Hermann talks about what it means to be a man, and how this is changing. He talks about how in his own experience today it means a different thing and he also acknowledges that as a society a lot of the time we do tell young boys and men too much to "Act like a Man" without realising the consequence that it might have. This consequence being that men for that reason feel like they can't share their emotions or cry in front of others because that is seen as a sign of weakness
